Zutaten:
200 Gramm Frischkäse
20 Gramm ungesalzene Butter
50 Milliliter Sahne
40 Gramm Cheddar-Käse, zerkleinert
4 große Eier, getrennt
½ Teelöffel Zitronensaft
80 Gramm Erythrit-Süßstoff (Ich habe eine Mischung aus Erythrit und Stevia verwendet)
Ingredients:
200 grams cream cheese
20 grams unsalted butter
50 milliliter heavy cream
40 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large eggs, separated
½ teaspoon lemon juice
80 grams erythritol sweetener (I used blend of erythritol & stevia)
(6 servings)
Net carbs 1.6 grams per serving

@@AlmasKitchenTrebbin Thank you! i use allulose instead of erythritol. Its better because i find erythritol gives a stronger after taste. Or maybe its just me 😅

What could I have done wrong? I followed exactly the recipe and baking but it did not rise as yours. It was not jiggly, too! But it tasted good. 😋

Did you bake for 60 minutes at 100°C?
After 60 minutes, increase to 160°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
Sounds like your oven is too hot.
