Actions are needed, but intentions are important, unless one uses the excuse to not act, then its a fake excuse.

Please note these tips work best for men, women hormone cycle run on 28-35 day cycle, men’s hormone cycle is 24hrs, so they have more energy in the morning and tire at night hence why it’s a 9-5 work day, made by men for men.
