- So gooey, absolutely packed with biscoff spread, Biscuits & white chocolate! super tasty Biscoff Blondies!
What you will need...
250g melted butter
125g granulated sugar
125g light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
275g plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
180g white chocolate (chopped)
200g + 100g melted Biscoff spread
80g broken Lotus biscuits
160c / 30 minutes

@@jodyrudd1831 I’m currently using an 8x8 with this exact recipe and it’s been in for 30min at 160 and it’s still runny underneath! And it’s overflowing aha
