Your videos are part of my memories of my brother now. We were 3 years apart in age. We would call each other during the day to see which one has seen Sam yet, if he did he would give me a summary of the video until I could watch it after work. I couldn't agree more! The BLT is my favorite sandwich and I live fried green tomatoes! I've been meaning to try fried red Tom's because as you mentioned, greens can be a real pain in the ass to find!😂
That would be great, but the problem here though is you can't just make your own gyro meat. It's ground lamb with seasonings pressed into a mold like lunchmeat and then sliced thin over a heat element. Could do a chicken or steak style gyro with home made tzatziki though

That is essentially candied bacon in that recipe and it alone made my mouth water. Top if off with fried red tomato plus fried egg and it sent my senses into overdrive. BLT is my all time favorite sandwich when it's simply made with white toast and mayo on both sides. This version is the ultimate. Yum Yum.
