On a serious note, I have the same issues. Mentally. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety & depression in 2023 & I hear the cracks in your voice. Unable to control things get to you & the bursts of aggression towards loved ones & friends isn’t something you should be embarrassed or ashamed about. It’s just you’re overstimulated & I understand. WE LOVE YOU MARACLE!!!!!!

Hang in there Christian. It's understandable that you need to take care of yourself first. I'm 43 years old and have dealt with an anxiety disorder and depression my whole life. I have random panic attacks and I hate getting them, if I go a few days without a panic attack, I start getting scared that another one is gonna pop up. I've been watching wrestling my whole life and one of the things that helps me with my panic attacks is thinking of wrestling knowledge if acquired over the years. I might go over every Intercontinental Champion from the 80's till now. I've got every individual ppv name put in order accordingly to my ranking system. There is no right answer to deal with mental health but keeping my mind distracted really helps with me. Get Well, Brother.
