Well said! I live in a place where Pilgrims from all over the world come. We have our local language BUT when Latin is used everybody participates because we remember it. English is more and more a global language that brings people together. LATIN IS THE ORIGINAL GLOBAL LANGUAGE! ;)
The language is not what make special the Mass. It is the miracle that happens what makes the Mass special: Jesus giving His body, blod, soul, and Divinity for the salvation of His people.
Ferdinand, long ago Latin was made the liturgical language of the Church in the West. All priests are required to know enough Latin to celebrate the Mass. It binds us all together - past and present, no matter where we are.
This is how heaven sounds. This is how we will be worshipping in heaven. This is how holy and humble we will be in heaven.. all these but waaay greater in the highest level ❤️

This video is 12 years old. Back then to attend TLM was impossible. Now, despite all the constraints to it, the TLM flourishes, creating wonderful faithful communities around it. Thanks be to God. Everything we do is to remember our promises to God and Christ. I spent 4 months of my life analyzing the Bible in college from the historical point of view. I was raised Catholic but due to life experiences I separated from the church for a few years. I dont judge your religion and I love you, that is whats wrong with the world everyone thinks they have the right to persecute anyone at anytime. Thank you for sharing I grew up in the 50;s with the Latin mass with the priests back to the people. The MASS was supposed to be a mystery and was for centuries. I could go to any church around the world and take part in the Mass, not anymore. Even going from one parish or diocese to another state and forget it But I still go as it gives me peace but with the pandemic, not able to go as our governors and politicians (dems) feel it is OK for everything else to be open but not churches and temples...oh wait mosques are allowed to stay open, gee wonder why. Sadly, this church is plagued with the presence of the Novus Ordo table. The High Altar is the ONLY proper thing in a Roman Catholic church. As is the Latin Mass.
Catholics conduct the rituals in order to remember the sacrifices Christ made for our sins. Jesus did break bread and pass around wine to all of his disciples telling them that this was his body and blood. He also said to eat and drink of me so that you remember me. The rosary is a guided prayer just like laying in bed talking to God. However, the Rosary helps you focus your faith in order to strengthen it. We cross ourselves when we enter the parish so we can remember our first baptism.

@TurboVW2004 I almost left the church because the NO mass at my local parish, and I am a typical 27 year old who knew nothing about the TLM. Once I found the TLM, it brought me closer back to the church even more. When my father found out why the NO look so lutheran (he was once one), he said he wanted to join the Catholic Church because of truth, not because the NO mass looks like the Lutheran service. Needless to say, he was insulted over the reasons for the change of the mass.
The Gloria and Credo should still be sung in Latin all over the world.
They actually are, what changed is the rite, but the new rite isn't incompatible with Latin.

Vatican II actually never taught for people to get rid of Latin. It said we should give a priority of place for Latin hymns. Read the documents.
