Fasting is abstaining from all sorts of food, Daniel was not fasting he said, “...I was mourning and I ATE no pleasant food” - What is called ‘partial fasting’ is no fasting at all. But God will honor that type of prayer nevertheless as we see in the life of Daniel. But we can’t eat or drink teas, juices or soups and call it fasting 🙅🏽♂️
Hi use the book of psalms to pray, you read the word of God and use those words to pray. You can also say a simple prayer which is powerful, our Lord’s Prayer.

When you fast even Angels will appear to deliver the message! Fasting helps the angels in battles for your sake! I am amazed at what I am learning.
