The day after the election, one of the judges that have Trump in front of them needs to revoke his bond and send him to jail, (assuming he has lost). He is a flight risk, and he is an enormous risk to society. He can pursue his claims from prison, but with no access to the media, the damage he can cause will be lessened. Some of the people supporting him in his second coup attempt may think better of it too.

She basically pulls it apart with other guests on "The Reid Out" in the past.
