  • Hey everyone, in this video i will show you top 5 exercises that you can do at home to increase strength in your shoulders. Shoulder muscle is a very important muscle to be trained as it remains at highest risk for injury. So make sure you follow each exercise with correct form.

    bro your exercises are quite difficult and dangerous for who has shoulder injury, i use to bowl fast, but now it's hard for me to bowl, neither i can bowl fast and accurate. its all happened with lifting weights. all i know the more free and light you feel in your body, can bowl fast.

    Asalmualaiquk bro..hope u are happy..bro i watched ua hip seperation video and believe me it worked wonders..but for now i feel that m low at strength...and many times i've seen when i feel i have the strength i bowl quick but when i feel lack of strength it pushes my pace back..bro does it mean that m a strength bowler or should i use the runup more specifically as the origin of pace..

    Hi sir I am a right handed bowler... Nd probably bcoz of practising a long of bowling nd doing a bit excessive workout... I am having some pain in my back on the bottom right side... I don't feel the pain when I am bowling but when I stretch my body or do warm up... I feel the pain... I hope u ans me nd tell me what I should do to reduce the pain in my bottom back
