- I change the gears in the Par-1 to see if I can get a bit more speed outta it but I end up almost burning it to the ground!! I guess I gotta go back to the drawing board lol. it's still fast and I'll fix the brakes and giver a go again lol. thanks to all the support and subscribers to our channel as well as everyone checking out our website www.rednecks-dirtyhands.com and buying some merch! If the tensioner gives you problems just take links out of the chain.

Very cool sir! Of course a link out of the chain would be best but you know that so cool idea! You may have purchase a shorter chain because it make me wonder about a little loss with wheel tensioner. I'll bet if your brake wasn't hanging you would have more speed! That thing is extremely cool!
thanks! yeah I'm going to switch out the chain and use a half link to get it set up without the idler bearings. removing one link was going to be too tight for the Chain, but now that I know the gearing is mint I'll go back to just the chain and no tensioner 🍻

Crazy you did that with the brake on! That thing is FAST! I was wondering why you were slowing down so much after peak power near the top of the rev range, then you shift and it picks right back up, that thing has your 15-20mph in it for sure!

Downshifting will stress the slacky post. Should have removed a link or 2 and a shorter post would be ideal.

Why not just take a link or 2 out of the CHAIN, and use some threaded rod and a couple of nuts to make that chain tensioner adjustable..
I would have but removing one link would have made the chain too short but now that I know the new gearing works better I will swap the chain out and use a half link to get it tight and right without the tensioner 🍻

I haven’t had great success with dealer “mechanics” elsewhere in southern Ontario and I’m thinking of bringing them (AC XF 1100 turbo/ZR 800) down to the Iantomassi brothers for service. They did awesome work rebuilding an XCR triple triple for me back in the day. You’re not all that much further from them…

Definitely fast machine. But you're losing speed due to a lot of drag you need a windshield to deflect the wind up over also some sort of rear spoiler would benefit you as well.

Too much air pushing on the brake lever at high speed
I was thinking that but it's holding the pressure on the caliper for some reason...I think it's just faulty seals in the master cylinder on the hand brake. I'll look into putting a different one on 🍻
