One of the greatest metal records ever written. The album before this(Conclusion of An Age) and the one after(Monolith) are imo the greatest trio of albums alltime

'Edge of the Earth' is an undeniably masterpiece of an album.
Let’s fuckin go, this song is a masterpiece and this whole album is an all time great, one of the absolute best metal records of the last few decades. Josh Middleton is GOATed, this album and the follow up monolith are so fuckin good it’s crazy, some of the best riff albums ever man, it’s just amazing riffs front to back. Would love to see more Sylosis on this channel but sadly they don’t get a ton of attention.

Yeah this album is really amazing start to finish. Some really great melo death elements in it, never cared for thrash and it was used in a really subtle way that worked really well so this was always like the perfect formula for me

I love Sylosis but to be honest this is not close to there best song... I think you should react to "After Lifeless Years" it is fucking amazing! it has everything god with this song but one level more and much better and fitting vocals!
I really like this song but I have to agree, they have so many good songs its hard to pick the best one
Strongly disagree, been a Sylosis fan for years and id take this over after lifeless years even tho that’s a great song too, this is definitely a top tier song and one of the biggest standouts on EOTE
