Great video man, you have an engaging way of teaching! Thank you. When I first started learning jazz this was one of the first standards I tackled, which was too ambitious for me at the time. Looking forward to returning to it now as an intermediate.
@@autocadenfrancais4349 Thanks for the Question. Usually, the lead sheet is written with B flat in the key signature. This means whenever you see a B, you play it as a B flat. Hope this helps.
@@louisteachespiano1538 take the advice with a pinch of salt, Louis. You're doing a great thing by making these tutorials in the first place. Keep it up. I don't mind the talking at all. After all, this is a tutorial and everyone has their own style.

Louis
Great explanation, thank you
Thanks Louis, suggestion for a future tutorial: Donna Lee. Take care.
Great suggestion!
thank you so much , but I have a question
the second note of the bassline is written in the charts as a B and not B flat isn't it ?

@@louisteachespiano1538 Thank you so much
That really helps a lot. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. You're awesome
You've got great timing, too many people play the notes instead of the tune.
Great stuff. What kind of piano do you have?
Thank you! It is an upright manufactured by a company called Kemble, I do not know if they are still in production though :)
@@louisteachespiano1538 i have one too. I thought I recognized the sound. I m in Brasil. Great videos. Just found your channel. Thanks
