Dude, I really and truly appreciate the effort you've put into the lesson on this great tune, but TEN chords? I'm not sure it's that complicated? I've seen Willie play this song live (in concert) and here on UA-cam, and other than the few times that he jumps a key at the end (which he rarely does), he's using strictly E, B and A chords. That's it! Three chords!

The C Sharp 7 Shape on the second fret doesn't work because the open G string is out of tune as is the open E string

Yeah the key change makes it more chords. I try to get as close to the original recording as I can.
Skip to the ten minute mark when he stops talking about what groceries he bought last week and shows how to play the song.
