She sounds clearly hurt by the fact that she couldn't do anything for them. At all.

I have spotify premium for the purpose of putting songs that cant get on spotify (A lot of nintnedo music) and you can put it in your private download folder I've started to just download every song I like and put it in my private downloads and then cancel premium to listen to all my favorite songs without ads and without premium.
