Diddy was MGks boss and when 2Pac was shot 5 times (a shooting he survived), he blamed biggie because it was at a spot he was meeting him but it was much more likely to have been his boss at the time which was Diddy. So a lot of people think he was the one that actually had 2Pac ultimately killed but no one in the game would ever have said it out loud except for Em because he has no fear/filter and nothing is off limits to him.
Diddy is/was the CEO of Bad Boy Records, which is the label MGK is signed to. Bad Boy is under the Interscope Umbrella, and so is Aftermath (Dr. Dre's Label which Eminem was first signed to), and Shady Records (Eminem's Label). This information is crucial to understanding a lot of what Eminem is saying in this track.
1) I say one call to interscope and you're Swayze: This line is basically an assertion of power by Em, since MGK accused Eminem of trying to stifle his career multiple times in Rap Devil as well as on camera and in interviews. He's saying if I really wanted you gone, I could call interscope and you'd be a ghost (Patrick Swayze starred in the Movie 'Ghost').
2) Got the Diddy Ok so you spent your whole day Shottin' a video just to fuckin' dig your own grave: Em's basically saying "You had to call Diddy to ok your song, and you spent your whole day filming yourself with a shovel and digging your own grave, because it was weak."
3) But this idiot's boss pops pills and tells him he's got skills: This is in reference to Kells and MGK, since both of their boss' is Diddy. Diddy is pretty well known for popping pills and living a party lifestyle.
4) But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed: This is addressed to Kells, because Eminem got sick of dissing MGK, but it gets at the root of your question I think. It's widely believed that Diddy was behind the assassination of Tupac Shakur, however, Eminem is basically saying "Kells, you're never going to put out a hit, and the day you do is when the impossible becomes possible" because it's unlikely that Diddy put out the hit, and even if he did, he'd never actually speak about it.
Also, to answer your question about MGK and Halsey, yes, they had a sexual relationship for a while, and the 3 of them were basically in a love triangle. 2017 - 2018 Halsey was bouncing between them. In an interview with Breakfast Club, while Halsey was with G-Eazy, MGK admitted to "Smashing" Halsey, and Halsey called him Pathetic in a tweet. However, in 2019 MGK and G-Eazy squashed their beef, Halsey and MGK squashed their beef, but Halsey and G-Eazy are still on the outs...

Em knew what Diddy was about... Diddy (allegedly) paid the dude who shot Pac. Currently being investigating, shooter is behind bars atm... just went down few months ago so this song hits way different knowing what's going on rn. Also, Diddy has like a bunch of lawsuits & companies are dropping him left & right now... Em may have been spot on... Oh and he's being an ass at the end with the... "you know I love you" ..a classic em troll. He ain't cool with SA Diddy.
It's also the opinion of many that his actions got Biggie Smalls killed. The people who killed Biggie, thought that it was Diddy in the car.

- love you more (abusive relationship, calm song though. also a spectacular chorus)
- love the way you lie (same as above)
- space bound (abusive relationship)
- talkin 2 myself (depression)
- you're never over (depression, proof tribute)
- going through changes (depression)
- difficult (proof's death tribute, recorded when he was still on drugs i think) this is leaked, only on youtube
- mockingbird (for his daughters, extremely heartfelt and makes me cry)
- say goodbye hollywood (just.... everything.)
- rock bottom (also, look at the story behind it - the leaked demo version u can easily find on yt was recorded minutes before a s****** attempt)
- kim (uh... extremely violent.)
If I had to recommend just a few out of those, deja vu, love you more, difficult, mockingbird, say goodbye hollywood, rock bottom. also, i'd really kill for you to instead look through lyrics on genius while you're listening - they always have ALL the background info + explanation for every line.
