sadly that goes for the wars we're fighting as well through all history, the soldiers killing each other have way more in common then with the people they do the killing and dying for,its so sad

Exactly! The upper classes in Brazil whined about airports during the Labor Party's administration because they "feel like bus stations now" and the very Minister of the Economy Paulo Guedes said it was actually good the dollar was expensive because "maids were going to Disneyland too much". PURE RESENTMENT.

Like how the word "villain" originally meant a non land owning laborer but now it means a criminal. And you can see the condescension in that transition when you hear the reactions to the idea that burger flippers deserve a living wage.

Grew wealthy as a child, father lost it all and then as a teenager very poor (USA poor, still privilege there). Working class peep much better to hang out with than passive-aggressive rich snobs. Wealth at a point isn’t about money it’s about status.

Usually it is quite easy to get very privileged people to drop the mask and just say they would rather not be in the same room as the poors because they see them as lesser.
I got three people at my university to just straight up say that they think they are more deserving to be at this university because their parents also went to it and they are just better than the rest.
I honestly kinda like to get people to drop the mask in this way, it is super fun!

And they’re also resenting you for daring to rip up their false front argument and exposing what they’re REALLY thinking. Peasants are supposed to feel buffaloed into going along with it, even if they do see through it, not exposing it! Petty bourgeoisie and the landlord class are the pillars of the rich, because while most of them contribute to the management of their wealth, some of them become cops.

It isn't a matter of resentment, it's a matter of genetic superiority. The world's oligarchs have always promoted Aristotle, as he argued that slavery was "natural" and "expedient". Aristotle said; "that from the hour of their birth, some are born to rule, and some born to serve. Being "uppity" has always been the great sin of those "born" to serve, as in the case of the "half naked" Gandhi. Gandhi, who was a far greater intellect than Churchill, who not only infuriated Churchill, but provoked the sadistic punitive measures chronicled in your video.
Not within the scope of your video, but even more insidious, was Churchill's roll in the sinking of the Lusitania. It was on his orders that the navel escorts were withdrawn, and the ship was ordered to slow down, in waters that were known to be patrolled by German U-boats. Germany had published warnings in the New York Times of their unrestricted warfare policy, and had suspicions that the Lusitania was carrying war materials. This was done after a meeting with the British High Command, witch included the King of England, where it was discussed how they could get a reluctant United States to enter the war on their side. It was Churchill's suggestion that a "bloody shirt" was needed to wave around, and the passengers on the Lusitania were chosen to provide them.
As the above facts are in the public domain, just as the facts of the Bengal famine were, a constant attempt is made to cover them up. For Churchill the "picture", like The Picture Of Dorian Grey, gets uglier and uglier as time goes by, so it must be hidden from public view. The most recent attempt to "whitewash" Churchill's, and the British perfidy in the sinking of the Lusitania, was the movie trilogy Pirates Of The Caribbean. One must understand the constant terror felt by criminals, when facts or "clues", that would condemn them, are in the public domain, just waiting to be be exposed.
The plot to these movies is; A curse has been placed on the "pirates", and the only way to lift the curse is to assemble the entire crew, and add their blood together. The "hitch" of course is, one of the crew members has been thrown to "Davy Jone's Locker", and is unavailable. It is decided that his son will do. All very exciting and entertaining. Except we find that the missing crew member is not dead, he reappears, monster like, to the horror of everyone. Who is this crew member, who was thought to be long dead? "Bootstrap Bill" Turner. What ties this altogether is the name of the captain of the Lusitania, who survived the sinking; William Turner. William Turner was put before a board of inquiry, but pulled himself up by the "bootstraps", by defending himself, and thus "cursing" the "crew" that had planned the whole affair. The inquiry was then quietly covered up, but the "curse" of the truth has remained, as Poe's Tell-Tale Heart, in effect ever since.
This brings us back to Aristotle, and the "belief" that the elites feel themselves so mentally superior, that no one could possibly connect the dots. So they flaunt this "in the open" to prove to themselves just how superior they are, and how mentally deficient those who are "born to serve" them are. Wars and famines will continue as long as the oligarchy can keep humanity stratified in an Egyptian-Hebrew state of mind. This "great game" will end when their psychological "tricks" are made known to their victims. We have the example of Moses, one who was "born to serve", but learned "all the wisdom of the Egyptians" in the house of the Pharaoh. He decided he didn't want to play the "game" anymore, and he lead his people out of bondage. Humanity must decide it doesn't want to play the British "great game" anymore. We need more of these videos!

@@shytendeakatamanoir9740 yea. Honestly, I meant that as a hyperbolic joke. I'm not quite sure how to feel about the fact so many people upvoted it without comment. Wealth inequality does cause a lot of suffering, perhaps more than any other ill, but I tend to prefer the political positions that I feel would be most likely to decrease suffering for the most. Ending, or at least attempting to end, wealth inequality is definitely part of that but just making heads roll is probably not particularly productive and, pragmatically speaking, not likely to engender sympathy.
