Thanks for making this. I have a booking in tower 3. The indiabulls commercial I am not sure how it's progressing and even One Indiabulls residential opposite the office is only launched in paper since 5 yrs or so. If suppose even if towers are ready but it's still like that in 2025 for example then that's an eyesore.

I have bought a flat in this society...I found it best one within my budget..Few agents will try to divert your mind for their own benefits by using word density problem in this project..But if you go after almost any project after 2018..You will see the numbers of floors has been increased and I found it fine...
You missed the best part of this project... Activities indoor and outdoor...You will find out few best things like indoor badminton and squash etc etc...One more important thing no vehicular activity on surface...bestest part of this project..

The price starts from 1.49 Cr onwards.

But I would like to bring in your kind notice that this project is very near to Dhanvapur STP plants and we all know how bad smell people of near by sectors and residential area have to bear quite often ...., There are 3 STP . It can be a big headache for buyers buying flats here ...

Those STP plants are not very near as while covering this I didn't came across any bad smell moreover there are people already living in near by projects like Puri Emerald Bay who are not facing such an issue. If I would have faced bad oder then I would have certainly asked this then and there. Stay safe.

The infrastructure technology has advanced enough, I think if construction quality is good then there shouldn't be any problem.

Asking bcoz i have bought a unit here and plan to shift with my family in this. Also ur opinion matters.
Thank you for your kind words. After facing so much of trouble with under construction flat of mine I would not have gone with any under construction project. However from livabality point of view the layout plan is good and location is also good. Best part is no revenue road inside the project. Once completed it would be among good projects sir.

As per HRERA, the completion date is 2026. One must clarify this with the builders before investing here. Also, before making any payment one should go through a copy of builder buyer agreement. A few points orally committed by the builder might not be included in it.
It is very important that BBA has complete details in black and white. Any verbal commitments stands no good.

Mujhe to yeh darr lag raha hai ki kahin inka haal bhi Noida ke underconstruction flats jaisa na ho jaaye. Agar yeh builders sahi se banana bhi chahe to coronavirus ki wajah se pareshan to honge log kaam pe nahi aa rahe, log ghar nahi kharid rahe jis se ki inko cash flow ki problem ho jaaye.
