Nice target gun, but very expensive for what you get. I think the BSA Silverstar is a better all-rounder as you get a 12FPE air gun as well, for the price of an extra cylinder, and the legendary BSA barrel. The Precihole Match Pro is also definitely in the mix for 10m target work. Thanks for an honest review.
Gents, another great video!! Laurence, I love how you mention the price at time of recording now 🙂 Peter, dont put yourself down, your shooting was excellent considering you dont shoot much these days, especially when it comes to bell target rifles. Great Work!
Great Video Guys , Please don't forget the 2024 shoot off or is Laurence running scared after last years trouncing by his dad who knows LOL , Have a great Xmas lads . Regards David
Serious question , over the years I’ve had an airwolf then a huntsman and this week purchased a ghost … all 177 and without actually planning it they are all Daystate I guess . My question given a blank cheque to spend in a gun shop what pcp would you guys consider ‘the best’ … obvious answer being the most expensive but just because a rolls Royce costs £300,000 doesn’t make it the best car 🤷🏻♂️ So what given the choice of everything on your shelf both past and present would you guys choose if it was to be your forever gun ? Once you’ve bought you can never have another …. This is it …. Your forever gun do what would you choose ?
Hi, reference when you chronograph a rifle. How many shots would recommend you take to establish the repeatability of the rifle? People often quote the range or standard deviation achieved, but rarely the sample size. For example does Air Arms recommend a sample size?
Dear Peter and Laurence, I really enjoy your videos and your humour. But, I don't like it when Peter is on the left of the screen and Laurence is on the right hand side. It just won't do. Please address this going forward. Much Obliged and Best Wishes Carl
@@gazzad8257 that still doesn't alter the fact that it says Multi Purpose Rifle on the actual rifle itself. I would post a picture but I can't, if you actually own one have a look for yourself. 👍
More crap from the antique armes show. move into the 2000s. At least. let go all the old crap. bring something new to the table. bring it fan boys 😂😂😂😂
Thanks guys . Have a great Christmas and new year .
Great review guys, these are very popular with Lincolnshire Bell Target shooters 👍

Now try to shoot the proper 10m match target, then try shooting standing uo.
Precihol 🙄🤭🤣
MPR is NOT multi purpose....its multi positional....cmon guys do the research
How can it be MULTI PURPOSE @ 6ftlb
And you sell the things
Not actually correct.
I own one of these, and on the action it says Multi Purpose Rifle
@zx6fighter357 according to AA themselves they call it POSITIONAL and have done for years...the gun is designed for 1 purpose...10mtr target

@@gazzad82576:53 it says it on the gun. What are you on about?
@@gazzad8257 The web designer is obviously not the same person that designed the gun and stipulated what should be written on it.
I hope your paid well for promoting this crap
