- Something weird happened! After recording, the video was 4% longer than the audio??????? So, I had to cut a lot of slices of video to try and restore sync. Looks a little funny at times. The whole thing was too long anyway....got carried away. Never mind.
Very Relaxing..
its 6pm now in the office & I'm ready to go home..
i stumbled to this tune.just cant leave yet until this is finished. relieves all the stress for a whole days work.

Exceptional familiarity with all facets of scales no matter where you are on the fret board. It would take me a lifetime to reach that level of ability. But I will give it a go nevertheless.....
It's a great tune to improvize over. Matt over the F# 13 chord you're thinking C # minor right? I've noticed that diminished scales works over the quick F # + 5, F # minor 7 and B 7 alt changes after it where the tone basically goes from E flat, D, C#, C to B in a chromatic line.

Matt, wondered what recording kit would be recommended as were thinking of getting the new NT1 Rode mic, Focusrite Scarlete, 2i4 interface with logic pro x or Ableton lite that came with Focusrite. We are also using Novation MkiiSL controller. This kit look ok? Thanks

i listened this song and your Blue Bossa and what i noticed is you are playing some key notes shorter than it should be to achieve a better emotional effect. at last it's your style but i think that way your great improvisation could sound a lot better.
i think he recorded the backing with his guitar, or at least it sounds like that
