      Yes. You can substitute the zest for your spice of choice. You can put it in the fridge for 2 hours. As long as it has enough time to cool down from the hot water used.

    But how can I measure the ingredients if I want to do many of them. For example if I'm having 2 packets of floor

      Thank you Fahiim! I would recommend you make them in batches to retain quality. A bag of flour (Azam and the like) is 2kg. This means you can double this recipe to use the whole bag.

      Hi Rusa! When cooked by following this video, their freshness can last up to 1 month in a sealed container or plastic.

      Hello Rhonah. First of all thank you for making the daddies. Did you monitor the temperature of the oil because it determines the softness. Make sure your oil isn't too hot when you fry the daddies.

      Yes you can but you will have to let them rest a bit in a cool place for about an hour.

      It helps the dough rest so that the flavor is more intense. You don't have to refrigerate it if you dont have a fridge. You can just place it in a cool dry place for about an hour before frying.

      Don't over crowd the pan and allow for the oil to get hot before adding a fresh batch of bagiya paste.

    Hello, thanks for uploading the video. However, I made mine yesterday but didn't refrigerate since I have no fridge. I rested the dough for three hours but after deep frying, the daddies were hard. Is there any way I can get soft ones without refrigerating? Thanks

      Make sure you keep them in a cool place. Also monitor the oil temperature. It should not be too hot.

      There could be a lot of reasons for this. Check the temperature of the oil and the consistency of the dough.
