I would love to see you delve into a topic that I never see discussed which is: What is actually being used on our organic produce? I understand that farmers are allowed to use "organic" pesticides, waxes, etc. What are they, what are their health risks and are they actually safe?
I don't take drugs! If there is a holistic way of handling the problem, I do so. I absolutely refuse to take drugs for this reason..For me, this is the way you handle drug injuries.

You are so right. I don't know if you are aware of the fearless American psychiatrist Peter Breggin. Breggin has championed the cause for patients taking psychiatric drugs for many years. He has won legal battles for patients. He was given legal authorization to examine Lilly's data for Prozac and it was very clear that Lilly knew very well about the dangers of Prozac but never relased this information to the FDA. Breggin has his own webs site if you are curious to know more.
I’ve been whole food plant based for over 5 years and a decade vegetarian before that. No health problems as evidenced by blood results etc. After 1 Pfizer covid shot I started feeling symptoms in my legs. One week after 2nd Pfizer shot I had extreme pain in legs, more on one side, and was diagnosed with deep venous insufficiency. I live with pain every day now and had significantly impaired my daily life. I’m a nurse and was pressured into the jab so I could keep my job. My doctors refuse to even consider that it’s a vaccine injury, they said it’s safe and effective, and that it could be worse if I had covid- I’m furious and depressed. I have lost all trust in the medical industry. Almost everyone I know has had covid with mild symptoms. Some unvaccinated too.
I was forced/ co.hersed by my government to get jabbed too. After no income for over a year, I broke. Luckily I seem ok, but am always wondering what will happen in the future? My nephew was more or less calling his parents idiots for not taking the jabs. He too is a RN. I'm so sorry you are suffering.
Another great video. Most of my friends are so desperate for a medical solution to their problems. My husband had asthma and relied heavily on medication. After a bicycle accident in which he broke his hip and had the diagnosis of osteoporosis he went yearly to see a bone specialist who would prescribe the latest drug. He eagerly took what was suggested. I refuse to have a bone density test as I refuse all medication. My friends need drugs to treat all the side effects from all the drugs they already take. The psychiatric meds are so awful and ruin peoples lives forever. People with a cancer diagnosis want the latest available medications.

Thank you for this video. This time it's different. Unlike Vioxx, where people had a choice, the pharmaceutical product in question is being forced. You want to keep your job? Stay at University? Keep your kid in school? Then you must take it. It's unbelievable what's happening. We know quite a few who have been injured.
And I'm not sure what frightens me more. What harms said pharmaceutical has done or the fact that we can't SPEAK ITS NAME. Is this still the USA? If so, since when would mentioning the name of a drug cause one to be censored? Scary scary scary.
You could do a whole separate video on prescription dosing. Many side effects are dose dependent, so you should take as small a dose as you can to obtain the benefits of the drug. Because of a previous heart attack, I take a statin, but I take the lowest possible dose. You could say more about drug-drug interactions as well. If you have to take multiple drugs, try to keep it to as few as possible. (Do you really need each one?)
An update: the B12 I was taking included 680 mcg of folic acid, which I now understand is not a good idea, so am tossing it. Will be switching to 500 mcg cyanocobalamin twice a week.

I was put on the birth control pill, on it for 4 months, after that I've never really felt the same... I wish I had stuck to not using drugs. I've been offered SSRIs before but always declined.
It’s just so crazy to me how it got to be this way. Making drugs for profit like this and not for health. I went plant based vegan and came off all meds. I never plan to go back.
Smart advice. But if everyone follows the seven years rule those years will pass without confirmation that the drug is safe. There cannot be proven adverse effects for drugs that aren’t used.
I don't think there's a danger of people not using new drugs. Unfortunately, it's very easy to manipulate people into taking drugs with fraudulent and biased studies, so there seems to be no shortage of willing guinea pigs. You just don't want to be one! :)
I don’t think the dangers presented by pharma products is a veg vs. carnivore issue. Pharma products can harm no matter what diet style people follow, is my take. Thanks for your comments.

Jeff, can you share what you are currently doing for B12 supplementation?
I take a 1000 mcg sublingual B12 a few times a month, maybe once a week. Going to do blood tests soon including for B12. Might make an update vid.
