As to regarding the guying out of the spark arrestor. You have to be very careful not to put too much tension on the guy lines as the downward pressure on the top of the stove combined with the heat can cause the stove top to warp inwards .It`s best to have them slightly slack ,even if the wind causes the pipe to move .The guy ropes will still stop the stovepipe from collapsing.Great wee video mate .I`m off out with my manta next week for a few days. @@TheCampingCanuck I attach a welders blanket with velcro on to the area behind the the stove so the the tent stays protected.I also put one under the stove to prevent burning the ground.I normally put rocks on top of the snow skirts to prevent the wind lifting them up.
