Just getting into bass and this is my favorite album of all time. You doing this and slowing the tracks down from youtube playback speed makes learning these by ear much easier! You are a blessing sir, thanks!!
it’s less a pedal than it is the actual instrument and string choice! this deep, wooden, warm sound stems from the specific combination of a (fender) precision bass and flatwound strings!
@@marekkopacz1461 i just think the voodoo/soulquarian sessions as a whole was so legendary that pretty much everything from that time was viewed as amazing which I agree pino was like a modern James jamerson
incredible can we get some stuff from black messiah?

Can you isolate the bass for what’s happening brother?
How????!?
Hi Devin
Normal bass playing, I have no idea where this delight comes from
It’s one of those things where less is more the bass holds it down I really don’t think this song would work if pino overplayed it
Timing, Dynamics, Space, etc... But it's okay if you don't get it.
@@koy_music i get it but it is still average (Good) groove
@@DeezNoots47 there are many songs with ’less is more’ but I still don't know why it went legendary
