I say it works as well... The 1st day that I had it in the yard, my neighbors dog poo'ed right in front of the sensor...it must have gotten irritated, because that particular poo didn't happen again...a second dog ended up pooing on the curb 5 feet behind the sensor... it hadn't been back since...I then had one last poo, but this time on the curb 20 feet in front of the sensor... you can tell it all three were different dogs... its been 4 months and none of the dogs came back to poo...I did receive feedback from one of dog walkers... the individual indicated that it irritates the dog...It may take a little while if you have naughty neighbors... just be patient and you will see the dog stops going in your yard. I'm glad that I purchased the item... I'm thinking about getting a second to ensure yard coverage.
Well you could've told that neighbor about the poor dog being irritated by the sensor that he could always find some other place for his dog to crap, you place is not a public toilet or private comfy place to crap. I would've said the dog can always be put on the dinning room table with a dinner plate under it to crap and use as a free meal for the entire family!.. Happy dog -- happy family. :) That's "ENTILEMENT" !!!

The problem is that these devices "work" as in they emit a sound when an animal walks by. But the teal question is do they "work" well enough to keep HUNGRY critters out of gardens. And the answer is no, generally speaking, they dont "work" at doing that.
Love your reviews, but please do one thing. When you are reviewing it, give the name of the product and maybe show the box as well. The reason? This is the 2nd video I've watched of yours about this product and the links are dead so I have no idea about it other than seeing it in the video. I would love to try one of these because of our deer problem. We tried the first, and cheapest, thing we read about using Irish Spring soap to repel deer, but all we ended up with (I assume) are nice smelling deer. Thanks. Keep the videos coming.
Notice when the video was made. The Amazon sellers do not keep products in that long and links die. I have almost 1000 videos. I don't have staff to make sure everything still works.
@@Joeteck I fully understand that and would not expect you or a staff to stay up on what is still a good link. Would be too time consuming to do that without a doubt. Back to my original concern. Could you tell us the name/brand of the product in your video - or here in the comments? Or at least the company that makes them so your viewers can at least be in the ball park for their search? I see many similar on Amazon, but made by different companies. I'm interested in purchasing one of these because your video was good enough to sell me on trying one - but I don't know which one it is so I can start my search. I've looked at the one and searched by appearance, but it seems you replied to someone that said it didn't work that they may have gotten a fake one or something to that effect.

Based on this video I would say its inconclusive. If you don't even know if its on, and that light didn't flash or whatever, I can't conclude it works unless its turned on and we see the animal scatter.

I realize your video was posted over 2 yrs ago so I hope you see this. I am checking out this product because I am having an issue of stray cats using my back yard as their litter box and I hate it! I came across your video review of this product so wanted to ask a couple of questions. I have an "L" shaped back yard. I plan to purchase what ever qty I need, but was wondering how far apart should they be placed? And how far out from the Repeller does it pick up a signal? Thank you!
I read every comment!! Especially if it's a question directed to me. I do not have problems with animals anymore. Food for thought though, they are directional. Point them is the direction the cats are coming from. They have a path they continue to walk. You may need a few of them. But they do work. I still have my two. I did move mine to a better location. Solar charges a battery. Does the same alerting day or night. Young children can hear it for sure.
Joe - I came across your video because one of my ultrasound gadgets just like the one you have is not working and consequently there were three separate dog poops in my yard. I have cleaned the top off just in case the sun was not charging, but it still does not work. Any advise? I have only had this one for about 6 months.
Need to replace the 18650 battery it may have failed.

why you have 3 of them?
To fill the entire space of the yard and places. Some of these animals will walk around or behind where the sensor is to avoid the sound. So, if your yard/graden/patio has that much space, place as many as needed to spray the space with the sound. If one effectively covers the needed area, cheers to that.
