- Here's my Mileseey Golf Rangefinder Review, which currently retails in the UK for £120!
In this video I try to answer the question should you buy a cheap golf rangefinder from Amazon? I'll let you know how it performs out on the golf course, all of the features and general build quality of both the unit and the case! I even test how waterproof the case is!! This is the most in-depth Mileseey PF210 review on the internet. I hope you find it useful!

At my level, I don't need an expensive rangefinder, so bought one of these. Its spot on and does everything I will need. Yes its not waterproof, but the stand bag has waterproof pockets.
Thanks for watching Phil, great point! I didn't even think to keep it on the waterproof pocket of my bag :)
Brilliant upload mate
I’ve had the unit a while and your review is spot on
Thanks Rich, hope you enjoyed the video, trying to make my reviews as engaging as possible. Been really impressed with the unit!
The fall alone deserves a subscribe ! Also, ordered one of these today ! Good content!
Cheers for the support Simon! I still laugh thinking about that fall!!
really thorough video, should deserve more views, amazing job Golf Guy
Thanks so much W9sley, really appreciate it 👍
Hi Kevin, just want to say thank you for the review you did on this RF, it was really good and after watching your review, and a couple others @Mitchell Blades & Migel from Brown Bear Golf's reviews, I pulled the trigger and brought one myself as a after christmas present. When I got it, I was over the moon with it though I haven't used it properly yet due to lock-down we've been put into and the super cold weather. It a really good piece of kit and I will be using this on the course and the range when we can Finally play again. Thanks for the review it really helped me in choosing this model ^_^ good golf for 2021
Hi David. Thanks for following up with this message. I'm really happy you like the rangefinder, I'm sure you'll love it once we can finally get out on the course! Stay safe!
Thanks for the review. I've been looking at this exact model for a while... might just pull the trigger and go for it next time it's on sale 👍
Thanks for watching Mo, when I checked yesterday it was on offer for £100 - don’t forget to use my link in the description 😜
Great review mate very helpful and think I will give it a go.
Nice one Callum, hope you get on well with it :) Keep an eye out for Black Friday deals!
Thanks and informative video!
Thanks for watching Solomon! Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already :)
Great review Kev... Think I might give one of these a go. 👍
Thanks Paul, really appreciate it. Don't forget to use the link if you do :)
Just picked one up after watching this review. It is literally everything I need in a rangefinder. The case is pretty sturdy as well. Sleek as hell and I caught it on sale for $60. Tough act to follow for the price tag.
Great stuff, thanks for watching. $60 will be very hard to beat when it comes to value for money!!! 👍
I didn’t realize that making a review could be so dangerous.. under appreciated
😂😂 the hidden risks of UA-cam golf reviews 😂 thanks for watching!
Good review and thanks. I’d like one of these but not prepared to spend £350 or £400 as I’m not sure how often in the round I’d use it. (Have a Garmin GPS watch that does me fine) However at £120 I might be less bothered about only using it a few times and it looks like a really decent bit of kit. 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for watching Ford and always leaving a comment, you’re a true gent! Been really impressed for the price tag. Wasn’t expecting much to be honest 😂
Pretty amateur golfer. Love to play but am a decent golfer shoot low 90s my best round high 90s average and didn’t want to spend $200-$300 on a finder anddddd now i just added this to my cart. THANK YOU!!!
Nice one Michael, glad the video helped. I've been really impressed with the unit! I'm sure you'll break 90 in no time!
Great review! Did a lot of research on this piece of kit before purchasing, and now that I've got my hands on it, I would highly recommend people considering this before spending £250+ on another brand! to good to be true without the catch 👍😁
Yep, I totally agree, been very impressed. So much so that I've gone out an bought the three top rangefinders for under £100 - so will see how they all stack up - video coming out soon!
Just got one of these. It’s great for £120.
Every bit as good as my old bushnell
Thanks for watching GR. I've been really impressed. So much so I've just bought the top 3 on Amazon for under £100 to test them all out!
Great content. Simple & straight forward. How do you compare the Mileseey versus the AOFAR GX-2s ? Thanks
Thanks Emlyn! The Mileseey is significantly more compact, and feels slightly nicer in the hand with the materials and the design…but in terms of functionality and performance, I’d say they’re about the same 👍
@@GolfGuyReviews many thanks for the reply. Enjoy your channel. 👍🏼
Had to laugh when you did the waterproof test on the case and you realise that you have 2 holes at the back! Another great review.
Thanks John, yeah I felt like a muppet several times in this video! Haha
The measure for how fast something is going is for hunting, so I think this can be used for golf and hunting etc
Thanks for watching Kevin. Yeah there's a lot of rangfinders that are used for both golf and hunting, so probably easier to just leave the feature in the unit rather than remove it....does this mean there's loads of hunting rangefinders that have a random flag lock mode on them???
How’s it held up? Looking to possibly snag one. Thanks in advance from the states!
Thanks for watching. Used it a few times over the last few months and still working great for the price 👍
Im not sure if you'd still reply but I've watched your review on both this and the aofar, if you could give your opinion I'd appreciate it, between this and the aofar which would you reccomend?
Thanks for watching Cillian! Honestly I’d recommend both 😂 just depends if you value the slightly smaller frame and more solid feel of the Mileseey for the extra £30 🤷♂️ don’t forget to use the links I’ve include when you decide 👍
Have you ever reviewed the Druids R1 range finder?
Sorry I haven't, but will try to give one a review this year as the are cheap.
i was looking at this one and the aofar , im split beetween the two
Thanks for watching. I'd say it comes down to how much you value the slightly smaller size of the Mileseey for the extra money. In terms of usability I'd say they're the same 👍 Mileseey have just released an updated version, so not sure how much longer this version will be available for...one other thing - you usually get good discounts on Prime day on these units, which is next week.
im looking for an actual waterproof range finder itself, instead of the case being water proof... any suggestions?
Hi Michael. I’m sorry but I haven’t actually managed to test any myself that claim to be fully waterproof.
The golfbuddy Aim L10 I tested I think was IPX4 (light rain) but I didn’t actually test that spec specifically 😂

Have a question do you feel you need slope measurement I fancy getting the Nikon cool shot .?
Hi Kevin. It's a bit of a tricky one. Honestly, do I need it...no. However, I do use it when playing socially as my course is very hilly and it gives me a better idea of the yardage I need to play. I say it's a tricky one as it's not tournament legal to use slope, so it depends how often you're playing socially and if your friends are OK with you using it (which almost everyone will be I'm sure as it's common place these days). So my personal recommendation is to get one if you can, but if you've found a good deal on a rangefinder that you like that doesn't have it, it's not the end of the world :)
@@GolfGuyReviews I understand your comments Warley is very hilly, I am a member of Burstead which is flat..
@@kevinbroadway5848 say hi to Kev and Craig for me 😂 No one needs slope, but personally if I had the choice between one with slope and one without, I’d most likely go with slope...👍
Once we’re out of lockdown I’m going to film a comparison between one of those cheap rangefinders and a rope of the range Bushnell V5 slope that’s I’ve bought for the channel 👍
Purchased a Mileseey last Xmas and only use it sparingly partly because the battery lasts no time at all. I read somewhere the battery should last 40-50 rounds. Well my battery lasts about 4-5 rounds! This rangefinder does turn itself off automatically when not in use does it not?
Thanks for watching Ray sorry to hear you’re having issues, mine shits off shortly after use and the original battery is still showing as full on mine 🤷♂️
This thing only cost £60 in my country. It works pretty well.
Wow that’s so cheap!!!! Thanks for watching!
What would you pick between this and the aofar?
If they were the same price, I'd pick this. It feels a little more solid and compact compared to the Aofar. However, the Aofar is usually cheaper, so it depends how much you're happy to spend, as they both do the job of being a laser rangefinder the same 👍
Great, thanks for the response! The Mileseey is actually on sale for a couple bucks cheaper than the Aofar right now here in Canada so that’s perfect!
Is this better than the aofar or would the millessy be better option?
At the moment there's £30 difference between the two on amazon UK. The Mileseey does feel a little more solid and is more compact, but in terms of functionality, they both worked great for me on the course. If I was on a budget, I'd be happy to save £30 and go with the Aofar and just accept it's a little bigger, more plasticky and the buttons are a little smaller. But that's just me, it depends whether you value those differences as more or less than the £30 difference.
I hope that helps :)
@@GolfGuyReviews thanks for replying. Still in two minds. Think might go for millessy
Good quality product. Correct, fast transport service.
Thanks for watching
Can you these rangefinders with glasses or contacts .........
love the vids by the way
Thanks Kevin 👍 Contacts 100%. Will test with glasses tomorrow but I can’t see why not. Will let you know 👍
So just tried the AOFAR rangefinder with glasses on. It's possible to use it, but it was a little tricky, as I couldn't see the cross hair and the distance at the same time, so I had to lock on first, and then slightly adjust the eye piece so I could see the distance. Not the end of the world, but was a little bit fiddly,
I hope that helps :)
in a downpour 1. don't play golf 2. theres a thing called an umbrella
Did he mention it costs 120 pounds 😂 . Cheers for the review
Hmmm, good spot...I’m not sure I did...lucky I put it in the thumbnail 😂
Thanks for watching!
I bought one of these for $100 AUD, works out to be about 55 Pounds
That’s crazy cheap for this rangefinder, good find!!!
nice
Thanks 👍
Bo bag
It's said not said as 'Milissy'.....it's 'Mile See' as in you can see for miles...Mileseey! 🤦♂️
Thanks for watching Rardy, you're probably right.....I guess I'm just trying to sound fancy
