The FIRE retirement movement takes direct aim at the conventional retirement age of 65 and the industry that has grown up to encourage people to plan for it. Gaining from the market is possible if only you can control you emotions, always sticking to the original plan ( cutting your greed to acquire more profit with a particular trade). Even if job satisfaction is there , we have to face lot of nuisances during job. Hence we have to plan to retire early or atleast live comfortably after retirement. We can continue with our own passion after retirement. Ofcourse people who earn even after retirement are respected more in society , because job after retirement is a certificate of their talent and their passion can't be seen by others.

FIRE is not possible in a country like India where there is lot of unemployment and hunger .It is possible in a country like USA , where people r resigning in large number which is called The Great Resignation . People r leaving jobs there in search of better and happy and stress less life . In India , youth r ready to do any work though highly educated to take care of their families . Saving is very good but not possible here . Some r working even after retirement . India is still a developing country . There r no job notifications and national assets like railways and banks r being privatized . In future , no government jobs and no savings and therefore no FIRE . Jaihind.!
