what do you think is the ideal human diet, since you are nutritional specialist? :) caffeine is liquid stress. maybe good if youre into performance sports like olympic weight lifting or similar. but its just jacks up catecholamines, causes poor sleep, anxiety. fucks digestion. theres literally almost no possitives ^^
@@PostFinasterideSyndromeNorway thank you for the awesome comment! We don’t recommend a specific way of eating. We adhere to 5 Nutrition Principles: 1) Eat Real Food 2) Eat the Right Amount of Food for Your Goals 3) Eat the Right Amount of Protein for Your Goals 4) Don’t Eat Foods That Make You Feel Bad 5) Enjoy What You Eat We have our opinions on generally what way of eating is best BUT humans thrive on a variety of diets. And you’re right, coffee definitely isn’t for everyone. Coffee absolutely has that effect on some, but not on all. Except for the catecholamines, but exercise and fasting (2 things with tons of benefits) also do!
