animal based diet makes you high?
Thanks for this, it's really comforting to hear that it's better to do something than nothing. If I may, I have one suggestion. The sound in the video is really echoey, so I think it'd be nice if you could find a room with less echo and reverberation to record, or use a lapel microphone. Other than that, great video, keep it up guys!

Fructose is universally bad for you. You do not need it. Your body cant use it too well either. Most of it has to be processed by the liver where it is converted into fat and uric aid. It also downgrades ATP to do this. Eating Fructose (50% of table sugar BTW) leads to faty liver disease, and gout. In nature it is rare and seasonal. We have evolved eating fruit in the autumn to prepare for winter - we use it to make us FAT. Trouble is that winter never comes and suagr and fruit is available all year round.
We evolved by eating mostly meat. Vegans get upset by this truth. I invite them to consider the foraging possibilities of Palaeolithic flora of Europe and Asia. Tiny fibrous tubers, hard sour fruit, toxic green leaves and having to compete with megafouna to get the best. All the while humans completely unable to digest cellulose cutting them off from the majority of plant based nutrition. For 4 million years we figured out how to kill and cook animals. We are adapted to that is ways it has not been possible to adapt to the agricultural revolution. We still thrive on meat, fish and eggs which can provide 100% of our nurition, easily. NOw humans are faced with a danger greater than the vegetarian/vegan myth - the proliferation of modern proessed food and the false guidlines that pedal the same bad advice that has led to a pandemic of obesity, diabetes and atherosclerosis.
there is not one diet that works for all people - except there is, it's called meat and animal fat, the human body is perfectly able to efficiently make all the glucose it needs endogenously, no fruit/dairy needed for that. Dairy is a choice, fruit is toxic/gmo sugary slop.
Just follow what Dr ken berry recommends and you will be fine. He has a good guide for free. And if anything just eat less carbs and more meat and fat.
Please for the love of god. Don't listen to Dr salodino. He is a delusional sellout and has no idea what he is on about these days. Honey is pure sugar and should be avoided entirely.

Fats and sugar aren't inherently problematic to combine.....humans , like all omnivores, are able to digest everything together....humans have been eating combination food since the beginning......modern processed and junk food are a problem....but combining natural fats, carbs and protein is simply not an issue in normal volume.
This is more hyper carnivorous diet rather than omnivorous.

what do you think is the ideal human diet, since you are nutritional specialist? :) caffeine is liquid stress. maybe good if youre into performance sports like olympic weight lifting or similar. but its just jacks up catecholamines, causes poor sleep, anxiety. fucks digestion. theres literally almost no possitives ^^

We adhere to 5 Nutrition Principles: 1) Eat Real Food 2) Eat the Right Amount of Food for Your Goals 3) Eat the Right Amount of Protein for Your Goals 4) Don’t Eat Foods That Make You Feel Bad 5) Enjoy What You Eat We have our opinions on generally what way of eating is best BUT humans thrive on a variety of diets. And you’re right, coffee definitely isn’t for everyone. Coffee absolutely has that effect on some, but not on all. Except for the catecholamines, but exercise and fasting (2 things with tons of benefits) also do!

I 100% agree!! I had a friend tell me recently that I don't eat enough. But I know I will feel lazy if I at 3 large meals and 3 snacks a day. So I'm sticking to what I know. 3 meals + calorie deficit.

This is something I have been more and more attuned with during my fatloss journey. I lost 115 pounds between february 2023 until now, with all my vitals being the best I had since I was a teen. During this journey I never had a salad as my main meal. I do not rely on fruits as snacks. Since salads tend to not be satiating for me they only made me more hungry, while fruits due to their sweet nature tend to trigger binging. I did not exclude anything from my diet. During my journey I often had large pizzas or just eating 4 big macs in a row. I had snickers bars, more aspartame soda than I can count, a serious amount of "processed" or "ultra-processed foods" etc. Many many of the kinds of foods that are vilified as unhealthy. And yet I managed. I managed thanks to learning how to be aware of macronutrient content, satiation and fullness, and what I need compare to the amount of physical exercise I did in the moment.

I had this feeling for years I wanted to be a business owner but didn’t know the first thing about running a business. 10 years ago I met a guy who told me to leave the gym I was at and start my own business. So I did! But if you have the opportunity to start a business, pray for wisdom. And specially pray He would make it obvious if you shouldn’t. I’d also look at the downside. Can you live with the worst case scenario? And if all looks clear after doing that, I say go for it!
