Yea that would make sense she views certain people as lost/broken and needing to be disposed of not fixed. She still uses traps though because she feels they need to be punished and made an example of because she also doesn’t believe in a god. (Expect maybe John she does kinda worship him as if he is one and fallows commands like a priest does without much questioning and no thought of not obeying with only mild concern.) This stems from the fact after John helped her she didn’t stay healthy her problems just shifted and she gained a few new ones to replace the old ones she sorta lost. So she feels that there is no hope and that the only thing she can offer the world is to rid the world of people like her and that will somehow “help” everyone its not very clear what she means or thinks is going to change by doing this or what helping means to her. She has a whole mountain of problems inside and out. Lore wise she should be rigging the traps then telling them why they deserve this demise before killing them not for their sake but her sake so she can stay in this mindset and delusion to starve off suicidal thoughts and to serve Johns philosophy for the “good” of the world/society.
This would absolutely put Amanda back on the map! Hoping BHVR takes some notes. On another note, I NEED to have the saw theme play whenever bear traps are active! That'll really get the adrenaline flowing when you've got 1 more box to go and it's on the other side of the map.
Fully agree with base kit pallet-brake. I think every m1 and pseudo-m1 killer should have this until bhvr fixes pallet's rng. P.S. today played a match on mountain Ormond and had 6 pallets and 2 windows in 16 meters radius......
Little nitpick but when someones hatted, you should plan to check the nearest box where you hooked someone and they are unhooked. Especially with face the darkness perk you can hit and run enough to pop a couple heads. Endgame hats definitely deserve to be back but you can also do a knowledge check and watch goofballs run box to box as timer runs out/
Im very curious on how you will fix the trickster, he has a power that can range so drastically in power depening if the loop has high walls so lets see if you can make the trickster better in high wall loops but not too oppresive in low wall loops, also maybe add more interesting counterplay to the blades as the counterplay for survivor is very boring, love your content btw
while i do agree that these changes would make the Pig more Powerful, i feel like it would be absolute Pain and Agony to go against this as a Survivor. Especially with some of the Addons you suggested. i would rather have it so every Survivor always starts with a Reverse Bear Trap. Every Bear Trap has a timer already going down. Every Generator finished makes this timer go even faster. However, going to Jigsaw Boxes will Reset the timer by a chunk. But for the Cost of a Debuff. Each Debuff worse then the one before until you have searched all 5 Boxes. Maybe you get slower Repair or healing Speed, maybe you get Injured while you are healthy or Deep Wounded while you are Injured. Or you get a Exposed after doing the last Jigsaw Box. Each Jigsaw Box sets the timer back a bit, but it will come at a Cost. This is much more like in the Movies and fits way more thematically. In the Saw Movies the People always wake up, finding themselves already trapped, knowing they will have to sacrifice something in order to Survive. And then you simply Buff the Pigs Stealth and Ambush Attack to be better so she doesnt feel like a Killer without a Power. Maybe you could actually make it, so that being catched by the Killer, instead of getting a Reverse Beartrap on your Head, the Pig rigs the Trap and makes it shorten the Time by a bit. This would also be in Character with her, as she did actually Rig Traps to be almost or even completly Impossible to Beat. This would keep her Slowdown, while also removing the RNG Factor drom her Traps and being more in Line with the Movies. Also, being Catched by the Pig is a much scarier thing now, as being caught by her doesnt just mean getting a Trap that you might get rid of on the first try, but you get put more preassure on you to make a decision if you want to sacrifice something to gain more time. Im sorry i wrote so much, i just really like the Saw Francise and think they could have done something way cooler with Pigs Power then what we currently have.

This may be a dumb idea, but if you wanted to make pig have more slow down in her kit without messing with the boxes why not look to another perk for inspirstion: off the record. This perk gives endurance for a long period of time as long as thay surviver doesnt advance the game state. What if traps activated as soon as the trapped survivor starts to get healed, clense/boon a hex, unhook another survivor, or heal another survivor. This on top of normal activation could be interesting. That way survivors are forced to hesitate once they are trapped. It also makes traps a threat if you get multiple up at once. The problem is that this makes the iri add on op. I got no clue how to change that, but this idea was pretty silly to begin with.
Actually the trap always needing 4 searches isn't really what Jigsaw would do BUT Amanda and other Pig head enjoyers would. More than once they made traps that were impossible to beat so it would make sense for Amanda and other Legendary Super Swines
The change to Jigsaw's Annotated Plan to force Survivors to search ALL boxes would just bring back AFk Pig strats. The exact reason she got nerfed and an additional 5th box was added in the first place. That would just be unhealthy for the game, just having Pigs equip that addon and camp boxes again, knowing they will get guaranteed 4Ks since they would have to search all 5.

I would really want to see how you would fix Nemesis. I have entire rework in mind that would just make him entirely diffrent killer cause BHVR while making Nemesis was thinking about Mutation (which isn't implemented well. He never even uses a tentacle to hit anyone or infect, only for holding something, getting someone closer, mobility and stabbing but fuck it) i was thinking about his i thing most iconic thing, weapons, rocket launcher and flamethrower to be specific (also i would change some of his animations cause instead of making him look like super powerful unstopable chaser he looks like and feel weak glass of milk and weirdly angry when he has no emotions)
I think there are good changes in here, though I believe that if the survivors HAVE to check all 4 boxes anti-tunneling additions would have to be added for people with traps, most games I have against pig they chase survivors with traps while not starting chases with them (looking down/moonwalking) like the very boring old legion, and if the pig knew the survivors have to check all 4 boxes they would just chase the survivor for a bit without starting chase then when they knew they couldn't get their trap off with the time they have left just leave them (Especially if Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears aren't changed too)
Love to see some Pig love and while I don’t agree with some of the changes, I still love a lot of them and can appreciate the time you took in making this video. Great vid.
When you say heck bump it to 6 boxes if you really want to at 9:35 yeah so that’s not a choice when you rework an add on to say all traps take 5 attempts to remove a trap because 5 boxes on the map and having to search all 5 boxes to remove your trap is asking for cheese just bring that add on and the iri video tape add on and just camp in front of the 5th box and boom free 4k EVERY GAME no matter what
I think... For every generator completed... That's a guaranteed activation. If you get a trap on before any gens are complete, it doesn't activate until a gen is complete. However, if a gen gets done while a trap is in play, it activates as usual. If the first gen is done before the first trap is in play, it activates as soon as it comes into play. If only one gen is done before the second trap is in play, the second trap doesn't activate until the second gen is done. If two unactivated traps are in play when a gen gets completed, both activate. If the second generator is completed before the second trap comes into play, it will activate as soon as it does come into play. See the pattern? The same is true for the 3rd and 4th traps. Reduce the time it takes for a trap to kill the survivor. Keep the rng of how many boxes to search for trap removal, all traps deactivate once the exit gates are open.
IMO she just suffers from getting first down like most m1 killers. If I struggle to get a down and kick some pallets I lose 3 gens and I gotta hope the team is altruistic to catch up. Maybe the obsession should start the trial trapped. I do agree rule set 2 should be base kit and replace it with a better crouch speed add on. To help killers early game survivors items should not start in their hands but somewhere random on the map and they can see the items aura.
Once I had all 4 active trapped survivors escape through hatch. 😂 That was a long time ago. What do you think about hatch escapes when a survivor has an active trap? Is it fair or should the trap explode?
I think the add-ons to mess with how people do jigsaw boxes are kinda lame, but what if we had an add-on to make the head traps do a different purpose? I am thinking possibly an add-on that would make survivors with head traps on suffer blindness and hindered, while removing the ability for them to kill survivors. This can also be a problem which would promote tunneling but its a unique add-on idea, and pinhead literally has an add-on which its entire purpose is for tunneling.
We already have an add on that causes blindness called face mask. We also have other addons that cause status effects while head traps are on theres no need to remove the lethality from head traps in exchange though. That would just make for weak and useless add ons. You want your head traps to be threatening so they actually mean something. That being said leaving out add ons that effect the boxes would be bad design imo because addons should cover the spectrum of a killers kit.
The problem I feel with things like increasing the time to solve a box is it makes it hard to balance it to a point where either the add-on is going to kill them almost guarantee or without the add-on the head traps will be no threat. I mainly was talking about the time to solve boxes, and I just feel having an add-on that heavily affects survivors in a different way would be cool to allow unique builds with the killer, they don't have to be strong builds. Hag has an add-on to turn collision for traps on, and its not strong but it makes for some fun unique builds to try.@@DaKaiserArchives

Hatch is already such an RNG reliant mess I wouldnt think it fair for them to die because they won the RnG dice roll

Infinite traps or no deal. You have to down people on an m1 killer to apply them
Rule set #2 is a disadvantage actually abd I don't want it base kit. You want survivors on boxes and not on gens.
