Joshua is a talented leader. He is able to influence teams to bring about quick consistent results over a period of time.I wish our politicians had same enterprise driving skills to hack our economic growth.Very inspiring!
Tactical and answers his questions promptly. Did he answer the question of the day though? Yes. This guy had alot to learn and adapt to steer large companies to profit consistently, while still having the challenges of youth. He is a great guy.
This guy is smart. He is brilliant. He is ruthless in execution. But one thing I came to discover is that he is "politically intelligent!" He left KCB because I believe he foresaw that the new regime would hurt His professional life. He was not wrong. . Keep up the good work.
Everything is politics. So sad to see how people find faults where there are not .Do you know he worked on a contract and even his contract was extended .Do yourself a favor and look for the information.
Good interview. In future one's you could get someone to do the voice over for the questions that way I and others could listen to it as a podcast instead of having to take brakes in-between our activities to view what it is he's answering to.
We know Joshua is super smart, perfect , exemplary, a deep thinker, foresighted and hardworking, intuitive... here in UA-cam we want his personal tastes, his personal efforts in his fitness regime, diet, if any, his personal relationships with his friends family and his wife, does he travel? what are his favorite music, sports, artists, holiday spots, what are his worst and favourite experiences, contributions and memories outside his office. Personal and Social stuff.
My role model,,, Guys working in a bank has more pressure than you cannot think,,, Meeting daily targets , pushing self to a higher goal, staying on course,,waaah,,
First time watching the Business Daily Africa channel. Didn't know it existed. Was afraid it was boring like the Forbes channel. I was wrong. This is a good channel. Good interview. You must differentiate between signal and noise wow.
This guy became the Kcb Ceo at that young age due to connections or nepotism. James Mwangi is a much, much more inspiring figure- his own efforts/initiative. Many Kenyan CEOs of parastatals or other partially owned companies by gov't haven't earned their positions via merit- so much favouritism- who you know rather than how competent one is.
Shallow analysis! Did Lafarge, a French multinational hire him as a CFO based on his tribe, ethnicity and so on? This man is properly educated. The organisatios of the 21st century look for talent not conventional experience. That's why in countries like U.S, CEOs are late 20s and early 30s.Look at his siblings; 3 professors, 2 medical doctors, a lecturer and himself and u talk of nepotism! He gave the Dr. Mwangi of equity sleepless nights when he was with KCB and he left it with the biggest balance sheet, look at the performance of KCB today at NSE in terms of market capitalisation, COOP BANK is ahead....
😂😂😂BD failed to introduce him. This is Joshua Oigara former KCB CEO. Seems he's now with Stanbic Bank. I thought he went to IFC after KCB... This is a leader. You look at his character and track record. Not the William Rutos with their dubious track records and black characters. Kisiis are trail - blazers. Matiangi, Magara, Nyakang'o etc etc
Please tell him Tel Aviv is an occupied Palestine.. Palestine have been agriculturalists for the generations to generations.. the farmers that are there they work for the Israeli.. farmers atleast as upto last Oct were Palestinians themselves. So yeah kudos doesn’t go to a colonialist.

Joshua is a talented leader. He is able to influence teams to bring about quick consistent results over a period of time.I wish our politicians had same enterprise driving skills to hack our economic growth.Very inspiring!
The high pressure that comes with working in a bank, only the insiders can tell.
Very true
ICT and Innovations hub showed me dust. Sleepless nights. Wueh!
Any management position exerts pressure
Absolutely right
He make it sound so easy
When you pursue excellence, there is no end.👌
Tactical and answers his questions promptly. Did he answer the question of the day though? Yes. This guy had alot to learn and adapt to steer large companies to profit consistently, while still having the challenges of youth. He is a great guy.
Man has so much wisdom, but video quality is not the best.
Listening to Oigara it’s easy to see why two boards hired him for the CEO position. He has a passion for his craft.

Stop ruining the party. I won't waste a dime to know anything outside his professional career

Build your craft while flying it. Nicely said.
I like that part that fear is what stops us from doing things. Very inspiring
Speaking to young people is speaking hope. They are the next best best catalyst for change

That ‘or’ negates your argument. Furthermore none of those factors disqualify his competence.
He did very well in KCB
he was at price water coopers, bamburi cement and bidco africa before joining KCB..how is that not competent?
You will do well to reduce bile! What kind of spirit makes people hate on others like this🤔🤔
