There are Fresh veggies that are also calcium rich and her prenatal vits have calcium included. Pregnant moms oftentimes have cravings. But if the cravings are resulting in increase in weight, she may want to try some fresh veggies, oranges, etc. The baby eats from her so she doesn’t need additional food “to feed the baby.” I hope this information is helpful!
