O mamão verde é melhor que chuchu. Limpa como você fez, corta em pedaços menores, coloca na água e deixa ferver um pouco, escorre a água e lava. Em seguida tempera ou coloca na carne e deixe cozinhar. E uma delicia.
Outra coisa, pega o mamão verde faz alguns cortes razo na vertical, vai sair um leite daí ele amadorece rapidinho. Bahia Brasil 🇧🇷.
