Hey Amy. 1405 sq ft good size for 2/2 55+. Nice flex space upfront. Nice size guest bedroom and bathroom. Good size kitchen indeed. Gas community 🙌🏼. Covered lanai. Like the laundry by the primary. There has been a change in my life lol my son moved to Texas and is getting married and I have now my first amazing granddaughter sooooo I am between Texas or Orlando which I love the Florida weather. I live in Miami, is there a way when you can show a home in Solivita and talk about the association fee and show a model home? lol one weekend that you are bored lol
