We probably are going to get more information later during Hong Lu's canto thanks to his sister. It seems there was a whole other plot going on while we were dealing with Quixote
Well one office of the a section of the zwei and Cinq died. Or rather got ego corroded from the 400 roses abnormality. But for those confused they are far from the only offices of the Cinq and Zwei associations. Also its implied that Ceresa (P corp Archivist) sent them there knowing they would likely die and/or not succeed. There is more going on since well La mancha land and P corp’s singularity are apparently similar
