Can anyone tell me how much water to add when cooking normal rice mixed with konjac rice? I used the normal amount of water for the regular rice, add konjac rice, and it turns out over cooked and mushy…
I can't even mix the water well with konjac rice.
But you really need to put in less than you think.
I ignore the konjac, adjust the amount of water to the amount of rice and add a little more water. Then I think it's ok.
