Pause. Reset. Restart.

Pause. Reset. Restart. There's so much power in pushing the pause button. We're so busy being busy & before we know, life is dictating our journey instead of us dictating what our life's journey looks like. It's okay to push the pause button. Hit reset & start again. Just like sometimes when our phones are acting crazy. We either power it off, clear the cache & restart, or we hit the restart phone option. Sometimes, powering off (pausing), resetting, and/or starting over is the best decision you could ever make.
