Mag base drills are awesome I used to use one at work regularly drilling steel with broaches. The one bad thing with them is if power goes out while drilling it’s not fun. I was drilling 16mm holes in a truck chassis and someone decided they wanted my extension lead, drill fell off I had hold of drill I was lucky to not get caught up in it broach didn’t fair so well hahaha
