Griffin didn't know how to control a team in the slightest. He interviewed for head coaching gigs with half the NBA and was turned down. He had Terry Stotts up and resign from the team because of it. Did he have the record? Yeah. ....but he had the entire team who disliked him including players and coaches alike apparently.

Exactly! People who don't watch the Bucks have no clue what they're talking about. They look at the record & be like "He's an amazing coach." The Bucks with Griffin were winning strictly because they're a talented team, Giannis & Dame, not because of some great coaching. And as you said, nobody liked the guy. Stotts leaving due to an argument with Griffin prior to the season starting says a lot.

@@lazzi2462 People talk like the Bucks did him super dirty....look at the contract they gave him...as a rookie coach 😂...it's absolutely unheard of. He will be just fine falling asleep on a pile of cash every night.

They also had the easiest schedule in the NBA during his tenure… they should have won more games than they did… he doesn’t have a strong presence I feel like

this interview is absolutely hilarious but also Giannis needed to be blamed for firing Adrian Griffin because he clearly did not love this man whatsoever

stephen A really evaluating this dude🤣🤣. bro straight up told him Adrian had 30- 19 and he had 17-19 record🤣😂

to those clueless Bucks fans who say Griffin had the easiest schedule: stop re-writing the history. The Bucks played against 76ers (with Embiid) Celtics Knicks Cavs Pacers Mavs Heats with Griffin and had 30-13 records; that's literally more than twice the wins that Glenn Rivers got by the time he got the 13th loss

Health was a huge issue that no coach can fix. Role players were trash and team was too old. My goodness what could he have done with the talent he had?
