My take away, your business is not a side hustle. Give it your whole and see it succeed. Like and share if you learnt something .

Two days ago my daughter was struggling to make chapatis. In despair she asked daddy for his secret recipe, I gave her the recipe. She nailed it, in way of praise I told her to repeat the chapatis again. After which we can launch our chapatis business. I am 70 plus I learned a lot from Antonio, I can use the cash to buy dentures. Then today UA-cam divinely que your video, how cool is that? Already reached out to Antonio. He is on my list of places to visit when I come home. Yes still learning.

workers need to wear plastic gloves and head gear. Otherwise great IDea. Wish we could have seen the entire process of making chapati and the flavors how he does it and what flavors he has.

Thanks for pointing this out. You're right, plastic gloves are important in many areas of production. However, in certain areas, they can actually pose a safety risk. That being said, worker hygiene is a top priority for us. We have very strict handwashing protocols in place, with regular intervals throughout the shift. This ensures a clean and safe work environment for everyone.

@@antoniomagnaghi959 Thanks for the reply. Just wishing you success. In most food handling businesses, the perception of the consumer is Key with hygiene as the utmost importance. Is what the consumer sees even if protocols are followed we the consumer have no way of knowing. But if the workers wore gloves and hair nets it is self evident even without asking that the business takes hygiene seriously. Just an observation.
