I seem to recall seeing that there were some "hidden" nodes. Try putting a miner where the scanner detected a sulfur node but nothing was on the surface.
You should still be able to put a miner on that sulfur node. As far as I can tell, the resource collection point and the node graphic appear to be 2 different things which don't directly affect each other.
That bridge looks totally epic man! Cover that thing in some walls and add some good paint to it and it'll really seal the deal. I love what you do with the walk way ramps as decoration.

That design assume that your belt has excess capacity. If it does not, you will end up reducing your maximum throughput. A series of splitters in a row would not have that problem.
You can lower your power consumption by under clocking your refiners to 32% so the fuel output is 12/min and connect each one to a fuel generator. It will double the MW efficiency at the cost of building more refineries. So, normally one fuel refinery is 50MW allowing you to power 3 fuel generators. Dropping to 32% uses 8MW so powering 3 generators only costs you 24MW.

Fun fact about those trips where no enemies showed up: the way the game seems to work is that the first time you visit an area the monsters will spawn, but when you leave again they will eventually despawn. And then they never spawn again. So even if you run into a ton of enemies, if you run away and stay away for a little while, when you eventually go back it will all be quiet again.

Well, I have around 2 storages full of computers. I just made the motor production line (had half a storage before). But this thing (heavy modular frames picture)...It scares me...
@@juniix7105 That is Kibitz in a nutshell. He takes a simple project and then expands on it to the point that once it is done it outproduces some smaller nations. Granted it still took 112 hours and 30 min before his storage of heavy modular frames was filled if i recall right.
if you are looking for a specific alternate recipe, you can add a hard drive to the M.A.M and wait 10 minutes, then save the game. Check the M.A.M results and if it's not the recipe you want, just reload the last save. Do this until you get the recipe you're looking for.
i have 36 fuel power running off of 6 oil refinery using mk4 belts the issue your having allot of probs with is how you lay out your conveyor belts i find it best to use 1 belt for every nod (each over clocked to max ) and work on a rule of 3 so 1 refinery can support 6 fuel power that is split into 2 banks of 3 there fore 3 refinery can support 18 fuel power split into 3 banks of 6 each 6 is further split into 2 banks of 3 this also works for all other nods its best if you can balance raw input to the levels of normal or pure then boxed before it goes to the next stage and so on down the line anyway i am loving what your doing and really enjoying your ideas so much so that i am thinking on using some of them on my game can wait to see the beast working

Power is easy in this game. You now one pure node of coal creates 2.5GW and if we add one pure node of Zulfure and we create compressed coal we have 5GW of power. Createing 10GW of power only takes 4Pure node of coal :) And a lot of work
here is a tipp when you build a skybridges. Look right in front of your feet and start running while you spamclick left-mousbutton. It will always build in front, you dont see the sides and you cant build ontop of a player. As soon as the endge of the last fundation is in frame you build the next one.
you should still be able to mine that Sulfur node that is sunk into the ground @ 20:03 you might not be able to put the miner on top of a foundation tho.
You should really make one of those mapping towers in each of your outposts, so you can get a good map to work with, like, one in the oil power plant, and one in this new location.
With only two sulfur currently available, if all the sulfur was to be used for Turbofuel you could produce 25 GW of power. Using the leftover fuel and coal that originally destined to make turbofuel in fuel and coal generators as they currently are, you would add another 6GW of power.
I think the reason why the spiders didn't spawn in the caves is because you have something built nearby from the last time you were there I once cleared creatures from a section of the plains area, wandered off, came back and they had re-spawned, but once I put a foundation down near where they would be, wandered off and came back, they did NOT re-spawn
Yep, it feels a bit 'cheaty', but I do the same with a power pole, I DO clear the creatures the first time, but then place a power pole down (I'm normally fighting to a resource node anyway) so the mobs won't respawn.
This entire episode featured the area that I'm building my base in. It truly made me realize how unorganized and ugly my buildings function and look compared to yours. Regardless, it is always a treat to see such amazing structures and video editing coming from you, ImKibitz. Keep up the great work :)
17 geysers x 200 MW (Next big update should allow you to overclock to 500 MW, 8.5 GW in total). would leave you a chunk of your oil spare instead of using it for power generation.
The geothermal generators only produce 200 MW each, but having all 17 geysers topped with one would reduce the total number of fuel generators by 22 compared to using all fuel generators.
ImKibitz, I've been noticing that as well in my games, the monsters seem to be disappearing when I head back and I have noooo idea why O_o Not that I'm complaining but yeah, lol
Tier 7 - currently is scheduled for End of June (per the roadmap). Some of the things the roadmap specifically mentions are for it areTrains, aluminum, and Uranium. Per the wiki, it also could include tier 5 belts and lifts (600 items/min) and Mk3 miners.
You are going to need turbo fuel for sure. Save your game before opening the MAM after your hard drive finishes researching. If you dont like the options given to you, reload the game until you get the recipe you want.
The sulphur node in the misty cave is hidden and doesn’t scan if your near it, there are a few other nodes (hidden) just through the cave iirc it’s baux and uranium
I'm sure it would, but since the devs removed the node visually it'll probably be removed functionally later. So I don't want to build a ton of infrastructure on a node that will likely be disabled in the near future.
He doesn't have it set up because he only needs 900 coal/minute and two Mk4 conveyors is 900/min. There are three lines on the bottom like he has on the top. So it's a spare for the future I guess.
The sulfur node that didn´t work is actually accessible. You can just put a miner on it and it builds just fine and gathers sulfur. :)

yup, this sulfur node confused me at first, and then I just decided to put a mk2 miner on it, and it worked.
its not just sulfur nodes, there are other secret nodes like iron in some deserts that you can tap into.
not sure how it is with that one sulfur node but a lot of the nodes that spawned incorrectly under the ground can still be used by miners
Correct, the nodes are there and can be mined with miners, it's just that the artwork that indicates that a node is there is missing.

At the first sulfur node (which was invisible) you can put a miner. But it seems too late...

Im not sure if a pure oil node clocked to 200% is a good idea to run on mark 3 belts unless you corrected that without us seeing it

Working on a similar project and the math is having a crazy amount of devices to get this going mainly assemblers

I got 2 refineries in that cave of oil.
Inside of it, there is also uranium.
