Word of advise, stay away from
Blue swim suits or swimsuits that have blue that will blend in with the water. A year ago my son drown at a birthday party he had blue swim trunks in that were the exact same color at the pool liner. Always go bright! Thankful for the little bit of color in a dinosaur on his swim trunks that made him visible and that he was able to be revived! God is so good!

Soph you definitely don’t need any makeup. You’re are already pretty enough and you don’t need to impress anyone but Taylor and he already thinks you’re a goddess ❤ makeup just breaks you out and later in life ages you faster.

I live in England and they have both Girl and Boy Scouts, but they don’t Girls Scout cookies in the U.K. that is an American. I’m originally from Baltimore, and believe you me, we bought our fair share of Girl Scout cookies! lol! Our favourites were the mint chocolate, peanut butter and the shortbreads. Had to buy all three boxes!

Get some dry ice and put it in an ice chest with your frozen milk. Leave it overnight. Remove the dry ice and the milk will be frozen hard and will stay frozen in an insulated bag for hours and hours, until you get to your destination. My husband caught a 175 lb ahi tuna fish in Hawaii. We had it filleted and put in zip lock bags and it filled a large ice chest. We froze it solid with the dry ice, removed it because you can’t have dry ice on a plane, and we brought it in like luggage. They looked inside, then we duct taped it and checked it on plane like luggage. 9 hours later it was still solid as a rock.

I don’t see any comment about this so I hope your see this 😢 soph, for pumping- no fenugreek. Power pumping twice a day. Also, pumping/feeding every 2-3 hours just like you would a newborn. Including at night 😅 then make sure your flange size is right because they can change throughout our breastfeeding journey

There is also things you can take/do to help your supply, they have lactation cookies, drops, my doctor prescribed me reglan. It helped me, but the BIG thing is pumping like you normally would and putting her on your boob like you normally would. It will pick back up. ❤
