So lovely to see a jack russell at Crufts. I had a rescue one for 12 years, but was so all over the place that I couldn't have entered him for anything. So intelligent, loved people (and going in their bags!). Best friend I've ever had. 💔

Ollie looks identical to a JR rescue I had for 11 years. He was seriously mental and tough as nails. I remember the time a young man rang our doorbell saying he had run over a dog but the dog had run away. I found him shortly after, bleeding and abraded but ok, took him to the vet where he growled at the other animals, ready to fight them all. (And no, he wasn’t just running loose but escaped through the legs of unsuspecting guests when they came to the door. Every time. And ran away when I tried to catch him)
I just cannot get enough of Olly! When he trips over the hurdle, he does the “one arm shoulder slide” that my dog does after a bath! Then he crouched down, with his butt in the air and barks at me! I know he’s cussing 🤬 me out!
I guarantee no dog ever had as much fun navigating that course as Ollie. 🙏🥰🐾
He might not have won the agility contest but he forever won a place in our hearts.

I know dogs can hurt themselves in agility training and at show but Olly is fine, I have seen him since this happened and he's still full of life! :)
