    You make things look so easy,it becomes a blessing when done.
    I have weak and painful legs and back and walking becomes difficult,I will definitely do all these exercises daily with your blessings,and pranayams too,hope my health improves.

    मेरी उम्र 70 साल की है| पाच साल पहले मेरे समझ मे आया की मेरे बाये पैर मे नसों की बीमारी याने की व्हेरिकोज व्हेन्स की तकलीफ शुरू हो गयी है|शुरू मे तो मैने इतना ध्यान नही दिया|लेकीन अब चलनेमे दिक्कत आती है|वेदना होती है|धीरे धीरे चलना पडता है| रोड क्राॅस करने मे सफलता नही मिलती है|मैने यु टयुब पर एक व्हिडिओ देखा था जीसमे आपके नं.२,३और बटरफ्लाय आकृतीबंध बताए गये थे| वे मै हररोज करता हुॅ|आज आपने बताई हुई सभी क्रियाए ध्यानसे देखी है|और व्हिडिओ सेव्ह भी किया है|कल सुबहसे सभी व्यायाम क्रियाए मै शुरु करूंगा| मुझे विश्र्वास हो गया है की इस व्यायाम से मै फिरसे ठिक से चल सकुंगा|सफलता के बाद आपको समाचार दुंगा|

    Nitya ji aap bahut hi acha yoga karate ho Main football ka player hu aur pichle 10 saal se meri Kamar mai dard rehta tha wahi dard ghutno mai bhi Aata tha......Maine pichle 7 din se kamar ki exercise part 1,2,3,4 kri aur ghutno ki exercise part 1-12 7 din tak kri aaj mai full fit hu lekin nitya ji aap pakate bahut ho aur mujhe aapka pakana acha lagta hai......aur aap itni acha samjhate ho bahut acha itna acha to baba Ramdev nhi samjahate...thank u so much nitya ji!!!!

      Guruji mai apka tahe dil say shukriya karna chahta hu
      Mujhe dona ghutno me bahut jyada swelling hai meri age 27 hai mera uric acid bhi normal hai lekin aj k ek 2 saal pahle uric acid bhada tha to maine apka uric wala vedio dekh k ilaj kiya jisse mujhe aaram ho gya h lekin tb bhi ghutno me swelling nhi ja rhi

    very useful video, superb way of explaining as at 1.53 nice explanation and simple exercise gets a new dimension,same is with others, a solace is filling inside that if we do it we may be able to be healthy and get a flexible body.one thing more,same exercises if i watch at baba ramdev vedios i get confused and terrified that i may not be able to do those.difference is of explanation only.thanks for d video

    नमस्कार गुरुदेव, मे आपके सारे विडिओ देखकर ऊसका अनुकरन करती हु। मै योगा कर लेती हु, लेकिन मेरे घुटनोसे कट कट आवाज बहुत आती हे,ओर उसमे दर्द भी होता हे, बाऐ घुटने पर हलकि सुजन भी हे। मे आपकी सभि बाते मानती हु, मुझे आप पर पुरा भरोसा है। जय गुरुदेव।

    स्वामी जी गुड मॉर्निंग स्वामी जी मेरे कंधे में दर्द होता रहता है ऐसा लगता है जैसे कोई नश सी चढ़ गई खट से आवाज होती है दर्द होता है गर्मियों में अक्सर यह दर्द होने लगता है उसी के तरफ की टांग में भी दर्द होने लगा दाहिने साइड में नसों का दर्द हिप जॉइंट से नीचे पिंडलियों तक इसमें कौन सी एक्सरसाइज करें

    Pranam Sir. These are best exercises suggested by you. I do daily otherwise left knee arthritis itna bad ho gaya hai. Jab tak ye exercises na karoo chalna bhi mushkil ho jata hai. I was doing mistakes in khana pina but now onwards very carefully following diet plan as you suggested. Thank you.
