I feel stiffness in thighs very much while sitting cross legged and sometimes while walking too.plzz.tell something to cure this.i am very helpless

मेरी उम्र 70 साल की है| पाच साल पहले मेरे समझ मे आया की मेरे बाये पैर मे नसों की बीमारी याने की व्हेरिकोज व्हेन्स की तकलीफ शुरू हो गयी है|शुरू मे तो मैने इतना ध्यान नही दिया|लेकीन अब चलनेमे दिक्कत आती है|वेदना होती है|धीरे धीरे चलना पडता है| रोड क्राॅस करने मे सफलता नही मिलती है|मैने यु टयुब पर एक व्हिडिओ देखा था जीसमे आपके नं.२,३और बटरफ्लाय आकृतीबंध बताए गये थे| वे मै हररोज करता हुॅ|आज आपने बताई हुई सभी क्रियाए ध्यानसे देखी है|और व्हिडिओ सेव्ह भी किया है|कल सुबहसे सभी व्यायाम क्रियाए मै शुरु करूंगा| मुझे विश्र्वास हो गया है की इस व्यायाम से मै फिरसे ठिक से चल सकुंगा|सफलता के बाद आपको समाचार दुंगा|

very useful video, superb way of explaining as at 1.53 nice explanation and simple exercise gets a new dimension,same is with others, a solace is filling inside that if we do it we may be able to be healthy and get a flexible body.one thing more,same exercises if i watch at baba ramdev vedios i get confused and terrified that i may not be able to do those.difference is of explanation only.thanks for d video

स्वामी जी गुड मॉर्निंग स्वामी जी मेरे कंधे में दर्द होता रहता है ऐसा लगता है जैसे कोई नश सी चढ़ गई खट से आवाज होती है दर्द होता है गर्मियों में अक्सर यह दर्द होने लगता है उसी के तरफ की टांग में भी दर्द होने लगा दाहिने साइड में नसों का दर्द हिप जॉइंट से नीचे पिंडलियों तक इसमें कौन सी एक्सरसाइज करें

Pranam Sir. These are best exercises suggested by you. I do daily otherwise left knee arthritis itna bad ho gaya hai. Jab tak ye exercises na karoo chalna bhi mushkil ho jata hai. I was doing mistakes in khana pina but now onwards very carefully following diet plan as you suggested. Thank you.
