    धन्यवाद गुरुजी कंधे के दर्द से काफी दिनों से परेशान थी कई डॉक्टर को दिखाया कोई आराम नहीं लेकिन आपकी बताई एक्सरसाइज से एक दिन में ही काफी आराम है और कल तक तो शायद पूरा दर्द भी चला जाएगा।

    Lekin UA-cam pr apka video dekh kr cervical pain ki excersize ki pahli bar me hi dard tik hua .. ab har roj krungi ye excersize... .

    Namaskaram thank you so much for your recommendations.🙏🏽Those exercises and yoga has helped me a lot. I am a patient of MS and had your medicine for 4 months as you told me to revisit after 4 months but due to corona i am unable to. That is why I started havind steroids. Now in my MRI, it has shown improvement and it has stopped growing. This is for the first time ever!!🙏🏽Thanks a lot! But can you now please recommend me something for my stomach.
