Thank you for the simple recipe I tried this. My Taro Root after taking out from the pressure cooker were soft. After putting the pieces into masala oil and mixing, they started breaking. At the end it became mashed potato like big blob! Test is okay bit flat, may be I need to add some more quantity of garam masala next time. Also boling should not be in pressure cooker just in any pot boil and take out, so they will not become so soft to make a blob after mixing.
