For a low monthly price, you get unlimited access to thousands of stock videos, motion graphics, images, music, templates, and more. Every asset comes with a royalty-free license and can be used in both personal and commercial projects. As you can see at the first glance, all three services seem to be very similar but there are actually many differences between them. First, let's take a look at the pricing.

Pricing:
With an annual Storyblocks All-access membership, you will be paying around $30 a month.
Motion Array costs around $21 a month and Envato Elements is $16.5 a month. Keep in mind that these are the prices you get if you purchase an annual membership. If you opt for a monthly plan you will be paying much more.

Motion Array has a standard, universal license which covers everything you create while your subscription is active forever.
Envato Elements license is similar to Motion Array but it also requires you to re-license every single file for each end project.
Library: The biggest difference between Storyblocks, Motion Array, and Envato Elements.
Storyblocks has over 1,5 million assets, including stock footage, After Effects Templates, animated backgrounds, Premiere Pro Templates, Apple Motion Templates, green screen footage, royalty-free music, sound effects, photos, vectors, and illustrations.
Envato Elements has over 55 million stock photos and millions of other assets, such as videos, graphics, 3D, and presentation templates, audio, fonts, WordPress themes and plugins, and more.
Motion Array has around 700,000 assets, which is obviously much fewer than Storyblocks and Envato Elements have.
So which service do I recommend? Should you choose Storyblocks, Envato Elements, or Motion Array?
Storyblocks is a great platform for those who need to create a lot of videos in a short period of time. I also think that it is a good option for creators on a tight budget because it allows you to download as many assets as you need with a monthly subscription and use them in any upcoming projects.
Envato Elements, on the other hand, is a better choice for people who create both videos and websites - designers, agencies, marketers, social media influencers, etc.
I believe that Motion Array is an excellent choice for anyone who is involved in the post-production of videos, especially those who want to enhance their projects with Premiere Pro plugins. And even with a free Motion Array account, you can download a lot of good assets.

They have recently added even more assets to the library and have much more footage, images, audio, and templates than Storyblocks, and the quality is super, too. Envato Elements is also twice less expensive as Storyblocks and offer a 7-day free trial. Overall, they offer a much better value for money.

Motion array is so nice because of the plug in that allows it download the files directly into your premiere pro project. I use them and envato but had storybooks before switching to those

First time user of motionaray, took it couple a days a go for month to try, great thing presets and templates but its realy har to go true sound efects and hear what u need cause of preview sound also on every video is preview watermark even thoe its payed subscritpion... So next month gonna try something else..

Good video! Envato's licensing model is BS in my opinion. If you create hundreds of videos you need hundreds of licenses, and if you forget just one you could get a copyright strike after you cancel your subscription. If it's a video you made for a client, that could end up costing you. Really, I don't get why they don't do like any other platform out there.
Hello, I hope all is well. Let's agree to disagree. Videos that you create for your clients are considered the end product therefore you have lifetime license for every assets that you used. All of the licensing info is stored in your Envato Elements dashboard so you can always log in and get proof even if you cancell your subscription. Let me know what you think. Kind regards.
@@vitaliylahno Fair enough, I stand corrected then. Still think their system is BS though. If you download dozens of assets (or more!) and use a few of them in every video you make, that's potentially hundreds of licenses you'll need to generate (if not thousands). That's not "just a few clicks". That's hours wasted and the necessity to keep track of everything you use. That burden is definitely not worth the lower price they're offering IMO.
