im not lying when i say that i was one of THOSE Percy Jackson kids, the ones that dug deep into everything Mythos and Gods related. i am beyond ecstatic that Rick decided to make an adaptation with his close supervision and with actors that are fans of the original content of the books. this TV series is basically a dream come true for me, and i hope you can continue putting out reactions of it for all of us

I've read the books after the movies, kinda liked the movies first but after reading the book and read Rick's (the author) emails to the actual production of the movie to offer help.. Yeah, I stand with him😂! And now we got this, I'm beyond happiness at this point.

Gabe is not mean enough. One of the most important factors in the Gabe/Percy/Sally Jackson dynamic is when Percy finds out that at some point Gabe had hit Sally. It brings home how much she sacrificed to keep him safe.

I cant stop comparing this to the movies and get disappointed. Its just me but i really dont like it that they made them very young. Im not a book reader so i cant relate.
I totally get that! after reading it first, I was so confused when they had adults playing 12 year olds😂
the movies were so deeply disrespectful to the books and rick himself, so i'm afraid you might be in the minority here
