- Try popping the rad cap off your UTV at 200 degrees and see what happens:) No boiling over when overheating, no expansion, now I have a sealed system that keeps the muddy water out of my overflow bottle - and of course protection from engine damage from overheating.

Sorry bout that, it's like the metric and US systems, I'm working somewhere in between.
Yes of course, trucks, atv's, semi's, sleds, everything.
I did convert my M8 to Evans last winter, it is great stuff. Just had food colorant to it, this way you see if you have a leak in the system!
Do you think by using this coolant you would have less chance of blowing a head gasket or head warpage or stuff like that. When do you need to change this product out, after how many miles?
Way to go Louis, Thanks for sharing this.. is there a Freezing Point? Must have missed it.
me podrian decir sobre un poralis 2008 se quedo sin coriente le compre el modulo se lo monte me tira coriente hace por prender pero no quiere prender
Is it okay to run the compressed air through the rad?
How much evans did you end up using? Need to know what size bottle to buy
I can't find the radiator capacity anywhere. Anyone know how much it is so i can order?
ENGLISH here and FRENCH lower
Hello first of all thank you for all your videos it is really useful, any time you showed poorly the products you used or the way you do it and damage because I am on average between 40 to 60% to make changes on my rzr 900xp.
My question being that I looked at EvansCooling they say that the minimum temperature and -40 and par-froid say that I go on a ride it takes -20 and that with the factor sells well it falls to -30 or -35 and this during the days at night the temperature will surely fall below -40 which indicate on their product I wanted to know if there can be risks. And the exact models that you put in your rzr thanks and not let go! P.S still a liver thank you

Whats an "R ZED R"? Here in Wisconsin, its still an RZR. Like vids Louie, Keep up the great vids.
Hi always like your videos. I had a couple questions. You mentioned no pressure and the overflow bottle, can you remove the overflow bottle? Also with no pressure would you still need the weep hole in the water pump cover, or could you seal it? I am in Louisiana and pretty much the only riding you can do here is deep in the mud. What do you think?
I keep my overflow bottle just in case but it's never really been used it seems....just always filled with muddy water...if its a dedicated mudder you cold try without it but if a daily driver id keep it.. Im not sure about the waterpump weep hole..never filled one but never had mud in my system either.
I just re-built my complete motor and decided to go with Evans Cooling. You never mentioned putting Evans in the overflow bottle. Is it not necessary anymore? What exactly did you do to have a "sealed system" and what does that mean? We are having issues with the overflow bottle losing coolant right now... and can smell it a little bit. Not sure where it's coming from, as all the hoses have been checked with no signs of leakage. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!
U should try high lifter products on ur rzr springs tires lift etc
Waterless coolant was first developed for car racing back in the 1980s. Look for the High Performance Coolant (also known as NPG+c).
In Canada, look up SplashNDirt, In the USA, First Place Parts. The dirt bikes respond really well to the Powersports Coolant. Here in the USA, most of the GNCC field are using it. It's pretty common in the Pro MX paddock as well, but most of those teams prefer to keep their secrets. I know who they are, but can't tell. Rock River Racing and the Rockstar Yamaha team in Canada are public about it.
There are differences between the High Performance Coolant (automotive) and Powersports Coolant. Given the option, you should use Powersports in your powersports equipment, but the HP won't hurt anything. If you need to add some and it's a different blend than what's in the machine, that's OK to do, they are all compatible. The ratios and additives are somewhat different between them though.
Where can I bye it and would I be good for my dirtbike?
lol, ya, sorry I get caught up between the two often.
Yes, they have different coolants on thier website
why bother with the hot plate? just leave the cap off while the motor idles and the water should evaporate?
or would that take to long?
It's. an RZR in Minnesota too
So is this coolant still in your RZR? Any issues?
I sold the Rzr but it's still in it - no issues, I run it in everything especially my toys that play in mud.
Can u run this coolant in a car?
some call rzr r zed r, some razor, i call it all 3:)
evanscooling . com or just go to amazon to buy.
Also make sure to buy the "Powersports" formula coolant. Which wasnt used in this vid.
How did u get started on what u do to have all these people donate all ur parts
Keep posting videos. If people like what you do, then you will get offered to review products by them.
wait a second...;people donate all the parts? then why do i buy things!
PowerModz Most youtuber's that have a good amount of subscribers and such are sent items to review but most of them make you send the item back lol. They pretty much sponsor you on here.
If you are in canada contact splashndirt in quebec, if in the usa contact firstplaceparts, tell them I sent ya!
He is in Canada. That's how they say "z" there.
Why do you always wear gloves?
Y u calling it R Zed R its Razor
No need to be sorry. I thought it was a Canadian thing.
