Can be removed or I left mine in there and put sound deadening over the top of the barrel for waterproofing reasons. It will be unplugged and useless though

Great video....Will hsve followed you along time mate. Question - have you weighed the landcruiser? I found I was at GVM and had to get an upgrade in my fte 105. If you need to find hidy holes to store your gear, possibly need to rethink essential items?

I haven’t yet! Been meaning to weigh it for a while now and wouldn’t be surprised if it was pretty close to GVM limit. The aim of this for me was to free up at least one drawer for some pantry food for longer remote trips in the future.
