The cable that come with the monitor doesn’t fit in my Sony a7 IV. Is their any other cable I can use with it?

Yes, the other interface of our monitor is the standard HDMI interface

In my new same monitor in photo mode I see picture not in full screen, in movie mode same as in your screen, 5,5".
Maybe I have to adjust something? Do yours monitor in photo mode shows full screen? Thank you.
